At StickerShop, we want you to love your custom designs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. If your stickers arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, our team is here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the unused stickers in their original packaging to ensure they remain flat and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new stickers within 5-7 business days.
